Objectif

Participants are revisiting their past professional experience through the acquisition of new models.


Master techniques used in business management and be able to combine them to create or develop a business

Identify the different roles of each participant in a work group, allocate the tasks and anticipate

Analyze the dynamics of a work group and manage the individual strengths and weaknesses of each member

Understand the ethical stakes in business

Analyze the ethical stakes and be able to generate and share solutions

Contenu

At the end of the modules, the participant should develop the following competencies:
