Objectif

The participants will understand the role of technology into innovation, use techniques and basic tools to manage technology portfolio. They will be able to define market potential based on the analysis of new technology, new applications and processes.

Understand the interactions between technical sys-tems, public policies, business management and cli-ent/customer in the ICT sector

Know how to analyze complex problems in competitive situations and how to use creative techniques to solve them within the ICT industry

Understand the stakes and processes within the ICT industry

Master the methodology and implementation of inter-national projects

Define and implement processes on international scale

Analyze and make decisions while taking into account both local and global business dimensions

Analyze the ethical stakes and be able to generate and share solutions

Apply theoretical knowledge to new and concrete sit-uations

Manage innovation and change while serving as an interface between technical and managerial spheres

Contenu

The course aims at describing and explaining how new technologies may open new markets and lead to disrupt traditional business.
