Objectif

Participants will learn what is a business model, how to design a business model. They will apply BM design to innovations.

Understand the interactions between technical systems, public policies, business management and client/customer in the ICT sector

Know how to analyze complex problems in competitive situations and how to use creative techniques to solve them within the ICT industry

Understand the stakes and processes within the ICT industry

Master the methodology and implementation of international projects

Define and implement processes on international scale

Analyze and make decisions while taking into account both local and global business dimensions

Analyze the ethical stakes and be able to generate and share solutions

Contenu

The course aims at defining what is a business model and understand how innovation and business models are linked.
