Objectif

Participants will understand:
- what is an innovative eco-system, what are the actors and how they work together
- how innovation processes take place,
- how they can be replicated or reproduced in other contexts,under constraints and conditions.

Master techniques used in business management and be able to combine them to create or develop a business
Understand the interactions between technical systems, public policies, business management and client/customer in the ICT sector
Know how to analyze complex problems in competitive situations and how to use creative techniques to solve them within the ICT industry
Understand the stakes and processes within the ICT industry

Contenu

New fast emerging economies are now competing with more mature ones. Within that new phenomenon of worldwide competition, new local models of innovation are emerging, leading then to some new technology-based innovation. Frugal innovation in India for instance, well adapted to the country may be sell all over the world and drive the need for new technologies. As well, for the last decade, the model of open-innovation, well developed in Scandinavian countries has led to a worldwide success of open source software.
