Objectifs

Participants will be able to understand the mechanism of co-partnering with users, to analyze the user behavior, and design techniques to capture the phenomenon.
Understand the interactions between technical systems, public policies, business management and client/customer in the ICT sector
Know how to analyze complex problems in competitive situations and how to use creative techniques to solve them within the ICT industry
Understand the stakes and processes within the ICT industry

Analyze and make decisions while taking into account both local and global business dimensions

Understand the ethical stakes in business
Analyze the ethical stakes and be able to generate and share solutions

Contenu

The course aims at presenting and explaining the growing role of users in the co-creation process. They will understand the mechanisms and see how it works in companies. They will observe how the role of users impacts business modelling.
