Objectif

At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- Analyse international business opportunities and threats
- Analyse the alternatives available to a firm based on an in-depth analysis of its stage of internationalization and its specific strengths and weaknesses in an international context
- Evalutate alternatives and make recommendations on international business development, with concrete operational planning details.

This course addresses the following learning goals:
